Recent work
Onboarding AI assistant for a complex product. We built an AI assistant that guides customers through a long, multi-step setup flow, answers questions, and reduces drop-off.
Knowledge assistant over internal documents. We built an AI assistant that searches internal documents, reports, policies, and data, then answers specific questions with references back to the sources.
